These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Block Forest website and the LP-Intelligence API. Please read them carefully. By using this website or submitting any inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or browsing this website at block-forest.org (the “Website”), or by submitting any inquiry or request for access to the LP-Intelligence API (the “API”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website or submit any inquiry. These Terms apply to all visitors, prospective users, and authorised users of the Website and the API.
If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2. Who We Are
RLC - Rafal Skrzydelski (“Block Forest”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is the operator of this Website and the developer of the LP-Intelligence API.
You can contact us at: rafael@block-forest.org.
3. Scope of the Website
This Website serves as a marketing and product information site for Block Forest and the LP-Intelligence API. Its purpose is to:
- Describe our products, capabilities, and intended use cases
- Allow prospective business clients to learn about and inquire about access
- Provide general information about Block Forest as a company
The Website does not constitute a public application, platform, or service in its own right. It is intended for informational and business inquiry purposes only. Nothing on this Website constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation of any kind.
4. Beta Status and Availability
LP-Intelligence is currently offered in Beta / pre-release form. This means:
- The API and its features are under active development and may change without notice
- Data coverage, performance characteristics, uptime, and response quality may vary
- Features may be added, modified, restricted, or removed at any time
- Beta access does not guarantee any particular level of service, data completeness, or continued availability
We make no representations that the LP-Intelligence API is production-ready, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose during the Beta phase. Use of the API during beta is at your own risk.
5. No Public Signup / No Guaranteed Access
Access to the LP-Intelligence API is not available through a public self-serve signup. Access is granted selectively, at our sole discretion, following a request and review process.
Submitting a request or inquiry through this Website does not:
- Create an account or user relationship
- Guarantee or imply that access will be granted
- Create any contractual obligation on our part to provide access
- Constitute acceptance into any programme, plan, or service offering
We reserve the right to approve, deny, defer, or revoke access to the API at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to eligibility, capacity, or compliance considerations.
6. Free Beta Access / Future Paid Access
Current status: Currently free during beta; subject to future paid terms.
During the Beta phase, approved users may access the LP-Intelligence API at no charge. This is a temporary arrangement and does not create any right to continued free access.
Following the Beta phase, LP-Intelligence may transition to a paid commercial offering. This may include:
- Subscription plans or usage-based pricing
- Separate API terms, commercial agreements, or service-level commitments
- Modified or tiered access structures
We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice before any transition from free beta access to a paid model. Continued use of the API after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated commercial terms.
